Whether you’re a seasoned performer, a professional looking to refine your presentation skills, or someone who struggles with anxiety in social settings, this workshop offers something for everyone. Led by professional comedian and performer Dewey, with over 30 years of experience on stage and 20 years of teaching improv, you’ll be guided through engaging exercises that foster creativity, adaptability, and self-assurance. Each session begins with a group warm-up game, creating a supportive, safe environment where you can try new things and stretch beyond your comfort zone. Who Should Attend? Anxious Individuals: Learn to face public speaking with confidence. Performers: Sharpen your improvisation skills and bring versatility to your craft. Non-Performers: Master presentation skills to excel in your professional life. Anyone: Improv is all about having fun and letting go. This workshop is truly open to and great for anyone interested. Come discover how the skills of an improviser can enhance your every day life. Please note. In order to join in all 4 sessions, participants must register for each event date. Workshops are set for the following dates: 2/3/15, 2/10/25, 2/17/25, and 2/24/25.


Cancellation Policy

All Sales are Final Registrations for the improv workshop are non-refundable. Please double-check the start date, time, and location before completing your registration. Rescheduling or Cancellation by the Organizer If the workshop session is canceled or rescheduled by the organizer (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances): Participants will be notified via email at the address provided during registration. Registrations will be honored for a rescheduled session. If a new session cannot be scheduled, participants may receive a refund, minus any service or transaction fees. Transfer Policy If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another participant. Please contact us at hello@oliveandagatha.com with the new participant's name at least 24 hours before the first workshop session. No-Show Policy Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions. Please make every effort to attend, as we cannot accommodate make-up sessions for missed classes. Force Majeure In the event of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events that prevent the workshop from occurring, refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Code of Conduct Participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward instructors and fellow attendees. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the workshop without a refund. Minimum Enrollment The workshop requires a minimum number of participants to proceed. If enrollment does not meet the minimum threshold, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop. In such cases, participants will be notified and offered a rescheduled session or a refund. Liability Waiver By registering for the workshop, participants acknowledge that they are attending at their own risk. The organizer is not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage incurred during the event. Media Release The workshop may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. By registering, participants consent to the use of their likeness in marketing materials. If you prefer not to be included, please notify us in writing before the first session. Health & Safety Policy Participants are responsible for informing the organizer of any relevant medical conditions or accessibility needs. If you are feeling unwell, please refrain from attending to ensure the safety of others.
